"Lullabies": Body and Rest Playground

Online enrolment commences from 2025.06.27. Tickets are limited, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each session has a quota of 20. Each email address can only enrol once for a maximum of 4 visitors in the same session.

Visitors with successful enrolment will receive a confirmation email.

Visitors are required to present the email (in either printed or digital format) for admission.

Body and Rest Playground

Led by creative dancer, the "Body and Rest Playground" is a workshop that invites you to imagine yourself glowing in colours, and allow the colours to guide your body in roaming around an imaginary playground.

The presenter reserves the right to change the programme and its opening hours should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary 
  • Each session runs for approximately 45 minutes in Cantonese without interval. 
  • Free-seating. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing.
  • Recommended for ages 6 or above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults. Children under 3 are not admitted.
  • Admission will take place at the entrance of the East Kowloon Cultural Centre that is adjacent to the footbridge connecting the MTR Kowloon Bay station.
    • Please arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the programme starts and present the confirmation email (in either printed or digital format) for free admission.
    • For the best experience, participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted. Reserved place(s) will be released to walk-in patrons. The presenter will not arrange compensatory session(s) for latecomers. 
      • Photo-taking and filming for personal use only without disturbing others. Flash, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.
      • Participants are advised to deposit large objects or any items at the cloakroom that may cause inconvenience to the workshop or other participants. Participation of the workshop may be refused otherwise.
      • Programmes will normally be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or remains in effect 3 hours before the programme starts. Participants are advised to visit this website or our social media page on Facebook or Instagram for updates.
