An Illuminating Journey to the Sea of Tranquillity
Caṅkramati, journeying from the previous chapter Into the Microcosm to the grand finale Into the Macrocosm, embarks on an odyssey that awakens the senses and the soul, guiding us back to a state of inner tranquillity and self-reflection.
The stage transforms into an ephemeral realm, where visual projections conjure cosmic imagery. Accompanied by live performances of the singing bowl and the timeless melodies of Bach on flute and cello, the immersive soundscape resonates with the universe’s primal frequencies.
As the dancers are drawn by the gravitational pull of the planets, their rapid movements gradually slow, allowing their weightless bodies to trace intricate, overlapping trajectories. Audiences are enveloped in the vastness of space, envisioning themselves on the tranquil shores of the Moon, engaging in a silent dialogue with the cosmos.

Workshop: Walking Meditation with Singing Bowl
Join Tsang Man-tung and his singing bowl team for an immersive experience in "Walking Meditation in 12 Steps". Participants will practice this method accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls.
As we walk from The Turns to other areas within East Kowloon Cultural Centre premises, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on yourself through the movement of your body. Embrace the harmonious blend of the singing bowls, the universe, and the city, creating a serene unity.
Let meditative walking guide you on a journey to cultivate awareness and mindfulness in your daily life.
