When an actor fully inhabits and commits to a character, and the audience follows suit, empathising with the actor's experience, what remains “me”? Erica Li will share her practical insights in actors' psychology, exploring the psychological journey of character creation: how to attune the frequency between “self” and "character", harness the body and memory to build inner motivation, and maintain safety and authenticity throughout rehearsal and performance, transforming acting into a profound exploration of human nature.
The presenter reserves the right to substitute artists and change the programme should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary
