Due to health reasons, Kid Koala is unable to perform as planned at ‘Cheers!’ Series: ‘The Storyville Mosquito’ to be held on 6 and 7 February 2026 at The Hall of East Kowloon Cultural Centre.  The part of Kid Koala will be replaced by P-Love. 

 

【Announcement on refund arrangement】
For ticket holders who have purchased the ticket(s) of the 6 and 7 February 2026 performances of ‘Cheers!’ Series: ‘The Storyville Mosquito’ on or before 16 December 2025, 10 am and wish to be refunded due to the change of performer, are advised to keep their original intact tickets (with stubs) for refunds, and email cp2@lcsd.gov.hk on or before 15 February 2026. Tickets with admission record is not eligible for refund.  

 

Attention: Patrons who selected picking up the ticket at URBTIX outlets or self-service ticketing kiosks must retrieve the ticket.

The East Kowloon Cultural Centre is accepting applications for Ordinary Booking now.  Booking periods available for applications are as below:

 

  • The Hall, The Theatre, The Turns, The Beats and The Lab: March – December 2026
  • Incubators: March – June 2026

Baby Caring & Breastfeeding Facilities

Accessibility

To promote Arts-for-All, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre has been providing accessible facilities and services catering to the needs of people with disabilities and encouraging their participation in cultural and arts activities.  Staff members (including front-of-house and stage managers) are always ready to render appropriate assistance if required.

Enquiries
The Access Officer of this venue is Ms. Joyce KO, Manager (East Kowloon Cultural Centre)4, who can be contacted at 3166 2807.  During non-office hours, please contact the Information Counter at 3166 2800. 

Barrier-free Facilities

To facilitate the general public with different needs to participate in cultural and arts activities, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre provides the following barrier-free facilities for people with disabilities:


Public Area
  • Accessible Information Counter with induction loop system
  • Braille and tactile maps, tactile guide paths for visually impaired
  • Tactile-braille indicators and voice-announcement device in the passenger lifts
  • Audio and visual signals of the emergency alarm system
  • Accessible and universal toilets
  • Automatic doors and ramps at main entrances for wheelchairs users
  • Self-service ticketing kiosks for wheelchairs users

Hiring Facilities

  • Seating areas for wheelchair users and their minders, and induction loop system for hearing-impaired at the auditorium of the major performance facilities
  • Accessible toilets at the backstage areas of the major performance facilities
  • Accessible lifts to access the backstage areas of the major performance facilities
  • Accessible dressing rooms and lifting platforms for hirers at The Hall, The Theatre and The Lab
  • Audio and visual signals of the emergency alarm system
 

Baby Caring & Breastfeeding Facilities

To support the Government’s initiative in promoting breastfeeding, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre provides baby caring and breastfeeding facilities.  Staff members are always ready to render appropriate assistance if required.
