When a city never sleeps?
Experiential installation x a moment of rest
Lullabies transforms a performance venue into a sanctuary of repose.
Take a break from the restless city and wind down on centre stage.
Reverse your gaze to a twinkling auditorium, where sparks of light sing slumberous songs.
A calming cup of tea awaits you. Gently, cradle yourself in restful thoughts.

Books about Rest
Rest can be as simple as letting yourself drift into sleep when weariness settles in.
Bur even then, questions linger:
Why do our days go by so fast?
Why is it so hard to slow down?
A third of our lives spent on sleeping—is that wasted?
And when sleep just won’t come, where do we turn for comfort?
Continuing the discussion initiated by lullabies, Hong Kong Public Libraries has selected 15 e-books on rest and sleep. Kick back, relax, and let these reads help you find a little peace.
