            Books about Rest

Rest can be as simple as letting yourself drift into sleep when weariness settles in.

            Bur even then, questions linger:
Why do our days go by so fast?
Why is it so hard to slow down?
A third of our lives spent on sleeping—is that wasted?
And when sleep just won’t come, where do we turn for comfort?

Continuing the discussion initiated by lullabies, Hong Kong Public Libraries has selected 15 e-books on rest and sleep. Kick back, relax, and let these reads help you find a little peace.
